OK, I have been asked to do a small picnic for 30,mostly guys, and they want all ribs. I'm thinking babies would be less work, but St. Louis has more meat. Either way, I want to extend that out to 35, but need to know how many slabs would I need. I know alot of them are going to turn their noses up on the small end ribs, and go for the bigger ones. AND, I think most will eat 3 at least.
So What would be a confort zone on slabs
