Thanks for the suggestions you gave me for adding spices to my salt and pepper rub, for a brisket. Now, I need to make a recipe, showing the quantities. Please look at this recipe and make suggestions for changes in quantities of any of the ingredients:

2 TBS Salt
1 TBS Black Pepper
1 tsp Garlic
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Cayenne
1 tsp Ancho Chili Powder
