Happy Mother's Day to all! I'm getting back in to bbq, ordering a WSM, and have a couple questions:
1. Last time I cooked on a WSM I used the Minion Method for starting coals. Looking at The Virtual Weber Bullet site it looks like they're recommending a paper ring ignition method. Why is this? Minion Method always gave me great results.
2. Water pan or no water pan?
