Sprinter: Not really. KCBS says that meat falling off the bone on a rib is overcooked. We have been bombarded for years by TV commercials that their ribs are "falling-off-the-bone good". The judge may have preferred your rib but was judging by KCBS standards. We don't have time to write the great American novel on a comment card, but many of us do write them with the thought of helping you for the next time.
