Go for the Fatboy, you will not notice any fuel burn difference, the Fatboy has thicker insulation. As far as moving it get a cheap hand truck instead of the casters, much better.
The Fatboy holds more fuel so you do not have to tend it as often on a long cook. Get the extra slides and the heat diverter and a Bbq Guru.
