Phillip what do you weigh now with the muscle and little to no fat? All four of the chefs did an amazing job with food lifestyle changes. Not an easy task. I know I'm trying but I like to tinker too much with foods. I'm eating less and usually better. Allow certsin days for splurging on unhealthy things. One difficult thing for me is lack of activity due to the loss of the legs. Makes so many things much harder to do. I've given up on some foid.ideas and dreams yet haven't quit. I miss being180 and healthier.
