Yup - save them drippins!
I actually freeze mine in a cupcake pan as ice cubes and use what I need for whatever I'm cookin...and not professin to be 'proud', but I never usually end up with a stock of one item...pretty much a lot of my vegetable cuttings and bones end up in a large coffee can in the freezer - when the can is full, I simmer up another batch of stock.
