My opinion is once you have the smoke profile, it doesn't matter the source of heat. Wrap with the moisture of your choice( a lot of people use apple juice) and finish in the oven. I would recommend using a thermometer and cook to 195 and remove and rest. Don't get caught up on times use meat temp as your guide.
