Well, I smoked it outside from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Put it in the oven at 10:00 p.m. with the oven set at 190 cooking degrees. I was afraid it would over-cook during the night if I set it higher. When I woke up at 4:30 a.m., I checked it and it felt tender (didn't check the internal temp.). So I took it out, wrapped it in foil, towel, newspapers, and put it in a small cooler. When I got up this morning around 8:00 a.m., I took it out, pulled it apart, put it in a plastic storage bag, and then in the frig. We ate it tonight and it had a great smoked flavor. I think the flavor was better than ones I've done outside for five or six hours and then foiled and finished in the oven at a higher temperature. That's my report, for what it's worth. Thanks to everyone that gave me suggestions.
