Was another great organized event this year. (other than the judges tables all sloped downhill). Anyone have the results yet?
One point of discussion; One of our chicken entries used fresh spinach leaves as the garnish...... we were instructed to score the appearnace a "one".....The taste and tenderness was "top notch" in my opinion...which tells me the cook was not a "rookie"... so how could someone make this kind of mistake?
