Prep asparagus and lightly coat with olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Place loosly on grill sheets.
Potatoes wash and cut into 1/2 inch slices, coat with oilve oil, salt and pepper. Place loosly on grill sheets.
Potatoes should take approximately 30 minutes and asparagus approximately 15 minutes at that temp. you want both to be al dente.
The rotary shelves should hold enough product for your cook. Figure 1/2 potato and 4 stalks of asp per person.
Grill sheets I use, I get at wally world and they are open mesh and allow easy handling of product and fit on the racks.
