Jim,

Set it up in your driveway or yard, wet it with the hose, apply Greased Lightning, either using the spray bottle or pour it into a Hudson spray (better option for easier, faster coverage), scrub with a broom it needed, rinse with the hose and allow to dry. It'll look like new.
