I think the experienced cooks will tell you that it depends...depends on what temps you're cooking at and what temps you wrap at,if you wrap at all. Higher cooking temps, higher slicing temps...lower cooking temps,lower slicing temps.

Cooking BBQ ain't no cake recipe, it takes a little experience!
