Depends on what kind of sandwich I'm making but for pastrami I like 1000 island, Italian on certain cold cuts. Bbq wise I like flavored mayos. Use it on most meats. I like ranch on smoked chicken sandwiches and have been know to tweak ranch dressing depending on food mood.
