Need 'Smoke'

Funny question....I have a small food trailer and roadside BBQ stand and it's doing pretty well....One thing we've noticed is...more smoke...more business!....I have a trailered smoker with a smoke box on the end...Once I get my meat smoked....and finished...I would like to create heavy smoke to attract customers....Any ideas or tricks?....I start with kingsford charcoal for my fire base...and from there I add dry oak.....
