It's my first time on the forum and I have a pretty basic question. I have had two racks of baby back ribs that have been soaking in a roasting pan with a rub and Dr. Pepper for two days. I want to bake them this afternoon and then I have to run some errands. Would it be okay to bake them, refrigerate for an hour or so, and then put them on the grill when I get back home? Would it take away from the finished product? Please advise and thanks for all your insights!
