I like to marinate them in a mixture or Tamari, honey, fresh ginger,onion powder, fresh garlic, Siracha, and sometimes cilantro. Then, grill them. If you reserve a little of the marinade before marinating the meat in it, then use it to glaze the ribs at the end. Yum!
