On Thursday (27th) I bought two pork butts, a brisket and some ribs to do a cook today. Unfortunately, I canít do the cook today.
My question is; will they hold in the refrigerator and still be safe to use next Wednesday (3rd), or should I freeze them now? Iím just a little nervous with the pork products. I certainly donít want anyone to get ill.
Thereís no sell by or expiration dates on them. I bought them at Restaurant Depot.
