Google the Blackstone Patio Pizza Oven and also this thread on the Pizza Making forum http://www.pizzamaking.com/forum/index.php/topic,25127.0.html you may have to sign in to see all comments and pics.

To get a REAL wood fired oven would start at 4000-6000 bucks. There is a model called 2Stone made heavier duty and stainless steel and NSF approved at a midrange of 2000 bucks. Then there is the Blackstone Patio Pizza Oven that is 379 at Cabela's or 369 from Griddleguru.com.

I am not involved with any of these places just very involved with making great pizza as I know Ray and many others are. This thing gets to 800 degrees in 15 minutes and will bake up pizzas made with caputo 00 dough in 90 seconds to 2 minutes....REALLY. Read thru some of the threads on this thing and if you like great pizza as much as great bbq, 2 of my loves, I think you'll find this thing worth trying for 379 bucks. Just passing on some good stuff to my BBQ Forum friends!! And as you will see as you go thru 30+ pages or info they hit all the good and the bad, these guys take pizza making EVERY BIT as serious as we do BBQ and many of them are quite accomplished at both and then some.

Hope you all find some interest here. Most of us have dumped WAYYYY more money than this and got wayyy less bang for the buck. I've had mine for about a week now, and 3 firings/pizza feeds later, VERY happy. Had my 80yo mama up here tonight and she was bedazzled by watching a pie cook, right in front of her in less than 90 seconds!!! Hope you like RAY!!!!
