I didn't watch Smoked and I don't believe I've seen Myron Mixon do ribs. However, I would guess it would depend on how the ribs are being wrapped. Is he adding honey, brown sugar, butter, other liquids to the wrap? If so, I'd probably suggest wrapping them individually. If you put them in a pan and add liquid only, I'd do several slabs in the pan.

To know for sure take his class. LOL
