The spouse, and cook team mate, has been traveling to St Louis with friends,recentlyThey eat mostly Q while there..It appears that bbq has improved a lot in the last few years!
Supersmokers is always good and the pitmaster at Pappy's was an employee there.
Bogart's is good and the pitmaster was a former partner at Super Smokers.
17 th Street BBQ is home of Memphis in May legend Mike Mills and has excellent bbq.
The last couple of meals they went to Pappy's.It is small and tends to be crowded.Probably have to stand in line near any mealtimes.
They have been ordering different meats ,so they can sample it all.
The consensus at Pappy's was that of pork,brisket,or loinbacks-the loinbacks were easily the best.
