Ive got the pit fired up and am putting on some ribs, pork butt, and a 7lb pork loin. I haven't done a loin in a while, so I can't recall an approximate cooking time. I've brined it and will cook until 140-145 internal, but for the life of me I can't recall how long to plan for. I am thinking about 4 hours at around 225-250. Does that sound about right?
