Thanks Ray. Just checked after about 2.5 hours and I was sitting right at 140-145. Seemed quick, but the loins were a bit closer to the firebox due to all the stuff on the smoker. Oh well, I just pulled them and wrapped them in foil and put into a cooler. If I recall correctly, brining makes them cook a tad faster, so maybe that's the reason. If they're not done then I'll throw them back on the grill and char them up a bit.
