I use these all the time for Kalbi Style Ribs (Korean). Marinade with Soy Sauce, Brown Sugar, Scallions, Black Pepper, Rice Wine Vinegar, Hoisin Sauce, Chile Sauce.
Grill oveer good high heat and then indirect! They are Awesome!
