Hi there, I used Dizzy Pigs Raising the Steaks rub and the sauce was random-- I think it was a combination of Blues Hogs Tennessee Red and Iron Works Spicy. It was on the hot side, that Iron Works stuff is hot I think, not sure where I got it. Maybe a Forum holiday pack? Anyway it was on the thin side, not gloppy. None of this was a planned recipe. M.A.
