Thanks Mary Ann. I love a good hamburger too and like them juicy. I use 80/20 lean to fat ground beef, salted and peppered before going on the grill. I warm the bun on the grill about the time the meat gets done. I smear a liberal amount mayo on both buns, then smear mustard on top of the mayo on one bun, add a slice of tomato, onion, lettuce, and they come out juicy. There is nothing special about them, but the 80/20 meat is a key to them being juicy, along with the mayo, mustard and tomato.
