Maybe I need to back up a couple of steps. Just noticed the thing says it's steak seasoning which maybe will be a bit on the salty side.
Guess it helps to read the label fully. I was going to smother a rack of ribs in this seasoning tomorrow for about an hour before putting it on.
Guess I'll stick with The Slabs for that. If I want my wife to eat any of them.
