I do not think that you can buy this at a trailer shop. The floor or the trailer frame may not take the torque. The load should be connected to the front of the trailer at the inside floor level and to the lowest point of the smoker. Trailer walls/frames are not built to take loads like you describe without some reforcing. How many times each year will you need to load/unload your smoker? If four times a year, don't worry about it.
