We've thought about that before. I would feel more comfortable charging for a class if we could come up with a consistant recipe that consistantly puts you in a position to win. Last year our chicken and ribs carried us. This year it's been brisket and pork. If I was going tp spend my hard earned money, that's what I'd want to receive. Free advice - practice, practice, practice. If that doesn't work - shig. Ha!
