You were right on with your time Ray. Put it on the smoker at midnight and it's at 192 right now. Injected the button and used a rub so it's looking mighty fine now. The guys at the trap range are in for some good eating: pulled pork, baked beans, cole slaw and a 4 bean salad. Unfortunately no beer--no alcohol at the range. Thanks for the help.
