After we ate the boss told me the tea was good and I had to agree. For our tastes the sauce was too sweet and didn't have much flavor. Beans seemed to be canned beans with a bunch of sugar added. Slaw bland and lacking flavor. Brisket had a lot of smoke in it. Mine came chopped. Kinda dry. Only real noticeable flavor was the heavy smoke. Pulled/chopped pork had mix of really moist almost wet parts then other parts of portion was dry. Baby backs didn't seem to have any seasoning on them but were most and tender but lacked flavor. She had the brisket stuffed tater which had promised but the really sweet sauce and very smoky brisket over powered it. The dessert we really wanted to try isn't available until the fall.
