Yep. I picked up two briskets last night on way home from Chattanooga. Pour them in last night. One is for a guy that wanted one along with some sides I make he can take to Atlanta tomorrow morning too give folks he works with a taste of some good Tennesseebbq as he put it. I sliced the other a little bit ago for us here. Still tasted beef with some smoke and the seasonings. I was actually happy with my cook. Played around with different temps this cook. Nothing over powering. Using it for burritos and French dip sandwiches over next few days. Fed a girl some brisket today and it was her first time eating brisket. She put a dent in the stuff:)
I do think the ribs I had yesterday could of been amazing if they just had some seasoning or maybe more on them. Only been to a couple places that made me want more of their food. I know we have gone to several restaurants over the years, not bbq, and have had items that just made us want to keep eating and go back to them. Seems hard to find that I'm a bbq joint.
