Surf and Turf - grilled salmon and steak - cut into 1/2 size portions. Many will take one of each. I have done this a number of times and, every time, people have raved. Grilling salmon on a smoker adds a nice smoky flavor that is hard to beat. Serve the salmon with a dill sauce and the steak with a horseradish sauce. Pretty easy cook as well. Just a thought.
