Pardon if this has been discussed here. Recently read about a restaurant doing boneless baby back ribs. I tried it this weekend. Took me about 20 minutes but I was able to perfectly de-bone a raw slab of baby backs. I basically grilled it at about 350* on the BGE. It got great reviews from the family and neighbors. Anyone ever try it???
