Trust me... I thought it was a bit sacrilege but also thought it would be interesting to try. The funny thing is when you de-bone a BB slab you end up with a slab with strips of meat that look like the bones. Very McRib esque. My neighbor who "doesn't like ribs" thought the one she trued was amazing. It was a little odd seeing people eat ribs but there was no rib. Basically just picking up a lenth of rib meat. They all like it though... but then... what's not to like?
