Hanging Meat in WSM

It seems that the success of the PBC has led people to experiment with hanging meat in the WSM.

I have a 22" as well as the Cajun Bandit stacker (and the PBC). I was thinking about giving it a shot with some ribs.

Has anyone tried this? Any results you'd could share?
