I use my WSM 18 and the pro Q tube extention for height. I also bought the rib rack assembly, but you have to drill 2 holes ( nuts and bolts). I hang 4 racks at a time. heat maybe 230 for 4 hrs. No wraping or saucesing. It is a little heavy because you hang them from the hood. Love it.sause on the side Yummy.
