Lexington Red (bbq) Slaw

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1/2 cup Mayonnaise
3/4 cup Vinegar based red bbq sauce
like "Bone Suckin'" or Blues Hogs Tennessee Red
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 Tablespoon cider vinegar
1 Teaspoon celery salt
3 cloves garlic -- minced
1 bag Slaw mix
1 cup sweet onion -- chopped
1 cup red bell pepper -- chopped
2 hard-boiled eggs -- chopped
Tiger Sauce to taste (optional)

Thoroughly mix the first six ingredients. Toss the next four ingredients, then pour the dressing over the slaw mix and toss well. Chill for at least an hour.

Per Serving (excluding unknown items): 189 Calories; 18g Fat (78.6% calories from fat); 3g Protein; 8g Carbohydrate; 1g Dietary Fiber; 77mg Cholesterol; 392mg Sodium. Exchanges: 1/2 Lean Meat; 1 Vegetable; 1 1/2 Fat; 0 Other Carbohydrates.

NOTES : Feel free to add a little more garlic and a little sweet/hot sauce like Tiger Sauce.
I usually make the dressing the night before to allow the flavors to "blend". Then toss with the other ingrediants just before serving. If your sauce is on the "sweet" side, you might want to cut the brown sugar quantity in half....
