A while back I asked for some help as to what to do with beef short ribs and how to cook them. Several of you suggested different ways to grill them and I tried them out. They turned out so tough I couldn't eat them and wound up pitching them. I swore I would never try them again. Then I watched this video and he swears they are tender and tasty by rubbing Kiwi fruit on them and letting them set overnight before grilling them. So I guess I will have to try then again. I always knew Kiwi fruit was a natural tenderizer but I never tried it. I also had now idea that it could take a tough piece of beef like beef short ribs and make them tender. Anyone have any experience using Kiwi fruit?
