When I cooked the short ribs before I cooked them on the gas grill at low heat and they were done in about three minutes and they were very very tough. So about how long would you braise them?
I have just done a quick study on braising and so does this mean that when people wrap their ribs in foil with other stuff, during that time, the are braising the ribs?
