Hey everyone,
I received a Chargriller smoker with the side fire box for fathers day 5 years ago. I've had some fun with it and learned a few things and I can turn out some good tasting food but it's a little long in the tooth and rusting away.Any suggestions for an upgrade ? I don't do a ton of smoking and I don't cater large events. It's really for my own use and enjoyment. Don't want to go broke but I think I'm ready to move up from my starter smoker and get rid of the "training wheels". Any wisdom would be greatly appreciated.
