I am having a bit of a problem with some of the things you just posted. First I want to say that I first saw ibbq2's comment just a few minutes after it was posted. I have three options with every every message posted to the forum. I can leave it alone, delete it, or I can remove any offensive comments prohibited by the rules of the forum. I this case there was one word that I did not want people to use when posting to the forum. So I removed the offensive word and replaced it with ***. I try my best to allow all people to express their opinions on the forum. In this case ibbq2 does not like a BBQ show on television. That's OK as long as his comment does not violate any rules of the forum and is not excessively repetitive.

You just posted: that the BBQ Forum "now consists of bitching and complaining about one thing or another." If you examine the threads that are on the forum and the recent archives, you will find that almost all of them are threads where people are being helped by other people on the forum. In fact I think you will find very few of the comments that you are complaining about. I don't see you posting any helpful comments on the forum and this post today has done more to create the illusion of a lack of harmony on this forum then anything I can think of lately. If you don't like what is being posted on this forum then why don't you jump in and post some helpful comments when people ask questions.  Instead you chose to post these toxic comments that degrade the good people who do contribute to the good of the forum.

If the BBQ Forum has any one glaring problem, in my eyes, it's that thousand's of people who visit the forum daily don't post any comments. But, maybe that is my fault, maybe I need to encourage more people who do not post often to post more messages.  Justin, if you would contribute helpful posts then you could stop complaining and be part of the solution.
