Like Ford says about FBA.When the assoc. was starting,one of the changes from KCBS was zero garnish in the box.There were also lots of MIM cooks here,who believe in heavy boxes.
Thus,lots of the cooks use chopped in all boxes except ribs.
Most of the judges are cross certified in all three organizations and seem very comfortable with the chopped in the bottom layer.
