We buy the thin sliced boneless breast when we can find them or cut our on from the big ones if need be. Marinate in pickle juice and then dredge lightly in seasoned Flour. Deep fry until done, 4 -7 minutes, depending on oil and thickness. Comes out pretty dang close to chick fillet.
