Peach Cobbler

Doing a fundraiser for a school and a person has donated a number of 6 lb frozen peach cobblers (sara lee product). School wants us to cook them and serve as well. No problem to do. Any suggestions on "doctoring" these up a bit before or during cooking to enhance the dish? Will not be serving ice cream with them. Thanks in advance for any help.
