Layered Peaches and Cream

Chef Pierre® Peach Pie is layered in a small beverage glass with chopped fresh peaches and whipped cream.

Chef Pierre® Peach Pie, baked, cooled 2 Ounce
whipped cream, divided 1 Ounce
fresh peaches, chopped 2 Tablespoon
optional chopped pecans for garnish 1 Teaspoon

1. Gently chop pie into smaller pieces; place pie in small beverage glass.
2. Top with ½ oz. of whipped cream and fresh peaches.
3. Top with remaining whipped cream.
4. Garnish with pecans if desired; serve immediately.

A small martini glass or wine glass works well for this recipe.
