Definitely! Injection is "moisture insurance" for briskets. If you don't inject you're gambling on the outcome. I like to use one of the commercial injections mixed 1/2 strength. If you use it full strength you sometimes get the pot roast flavor profile. I want my injection to assure moisture, not do much to flavor because brisket already has a very intense beefiness that doesn't need any help.
