The best I've had are from Alegacy.

They make (USA) the Eagleware brand of professional cookware.

They make a couple of lines of cookware with their Eagleware being their "top of the lines".

Maybe call them and ask about size recommendations.

You want one wide enough but not too wide and tall enough for your bird. Maybe measure a bird the size you are thinking about and have ready when you call them.
