I have a 22.5 inch weber kettle with the rotisserie attachment. i have a custom built double basket that will hold 4 chicken halves, 16 thighs or 16 legs. Use the charcoal trays from the kettle and put 21 briquetts each on the sides. Basket in the middle. Use 4 pound birds cut in half. Temp will reach 375 and cool down to 315 degrees or so in an hour. Halfs are done in 75 minutes. Perfect golden brown self basted chicken halfs. Thighs or legs would most likely cook faster.
