Ya can always tell when November rolls around.........I use Cowtown Squeal for the rub. Cut up and jam a whole stick of butter between the skin and the breast. Cook at 250 to 300 degrees till the breast hits about 158 degrees. If one of them pop up deals come in it,.pull it out and discard.
ps I beat Steph and Gunner (Smokin Guns) doing it this way......
